Manila, Philippines – February 12, 2026,  LuckEner successfully hosted its New Product Launch Event, bringing together industry leaders, installers, distributors, and energy professionals for an afternoon of innovation, insight, and collaboration.

The event marked an important milestone for LuckEner’s expansion in the Philippine market, reflecting our long-term commitment to delivering reliable, high-performance, and locally adapted smart energy solutions.

Bob Chen, Vice President at LuckEner and Eric Tan, CEO at GINZA TECH delivered the opening remarks by introducing LuckEner’s global background and strategic vision.

Corporate Strength and Long-Term Commitment to Reliable Energy

During the event, Flora Gan detailed LuckEner’s robust manufacturing capabilities and global background. Powered by LT technology, a subsidiary of Lutian (listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2021), LuckEner is supported by an industrial foundation of over 2,500 professionals, four R&D centers, and more than 300 R&D engineers.

In 2025, LuckEner began operating its energy business independently, identifying Southeast Asia—and specifically the Philippines—as a strategic growth market for its battery storage solutions. The company’s growth strategy relies on long-term thinking, a partner-first approach, and product designs tailored to real-world environmental conditions.

Localized Energy Solutions for the Philippine Energy Landscape

Addressing local challenges, LuckEner Product Manager Rocky analyzed the unique Philippine market environment. He highlighted three major hurdles: high electricity costs averaging PHP 10.90 per kWh in 2025, weak and unstable grid networks across more than 7,600 islands, and harsh climates involving high temperatures and coastal corrosion.

To meet these demands, LuckEner officially unveiled its highly anticipated Low Voltage Single-phase Hybrid Inverter series (6kW–12kW). Designed to be the optimal off grid inverter and grid-tied solution, key technical features include:

  • Up to 200% PV oversizing (short-term) and 160% continuous PV input support
  • Up to three MPPTs with wide voltage input rang
  • Compatibility with both lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries
  • Parallel operation capability of up to 10 units for off-grid scalability
  • UPS-level switchover time of less than 10 milliseconds
  • Operation at full power under ambient temperatures up to 52°C
  • IP66-rated protection and anti-corrosion aluminum alloy design
  • Integrated Type II surge protection on both AC and DC sides
  • AFCI arc fault protection

A comparative overview with other 12kW market products was also presented, highlighting differences in MPPT current capacity, maximum PV input voltage, and ingress protection ratings.

Installation Efficiency and Local Adaptation

Jim Chen, Technical Support Engineer at LuckEner, focused on installation efficiency and operational challenges faced by local contractors.

He noted that high-heat outdoor working environments, complex inter-island logistics, thick battery cable handling, and inconsistent data connectivity often affect installation timelines and profitability.

According to Jim, the company has incorporated several installer-oriented innovations, including:

  •  Built-in LCD display enabling offline configuration without app dependency
  • Local debugging functionality in areas without network coverage
  • Dual battery ports to reduce cable thickness and improve flexibility
  • Patented single-side flip cover design maintaining IP66 protection
  • Auxiliary positioning templates to improve drilling precision

Jim presented a comparison between single-trip and multiple-trip installation models, stating that reduced repeat visits can significantly lower labor costs and improve customer satisfaction. Installation procedures, wiring diagrams, commissioning steps, and recommended cable specifications were also explained in detail during the technical session.

Launch Ceremony and Product Unveiling

A key highlight of the event was the official product unveiling ceremony, which was attended by Ms. Chi Atienza, the Vice Mayor of Manila. She joined LuckEner executives on stage to unveil the new Single-phase Hybrid Inverter series, marking the company’s formal entry into the Philippine residential energy market.

Her participation in the unveiling ceremony underscored the broader recognition of distributed renewable energy as a key component of sustainable urban development in Manila and beyond.

Service Infrastructure and Launch Incentives

Jay Mario, Sales Director of LuckEner, concluded the event by outlining the company’s go-to-market strategy and exclusive launch incentives for the Philippine market.

He introduced limited-time promotional pricing across the 6kW to 12kW inverter models. According to Jay, the initiative is designed to accelerate early-stage market penetration while enabling distributors to improve margin flexibility during initial rollout.

In addition to pricing incentives, Jay detailed a structured distributor support framework, which includes:

  •  Company-sponsored Facebook advertising campaigns
  • Expanded digital promotion funded directly by LuckEner
  • Storefront signage and branding materials
  • Product samples for demonstration use
  • Franchise partner resource support

He emphasized that the company will cover media spending for selected distribution partners, aiming to strengthen local market visibility without increasing distributor marketing expenses.

Jay noted that installer-oriented product design, competitive pricing, and channel marketing investment together form the company’s three primary drivers for rapid market entry.

Moving Forward

The Philippines New Product Launch Event represents a strong step forward in LuckEner’s global journey. LuckEner will continue to work closely with local partners to deliver stable, intelligent, and accessible energy solutions, supporting the region’s transition toward a more resilient and sustainable energy future.
